About Us
For 35 years, the Community Information Centre of Ottawa has been providing information and referral services, in English and French, to individuals and professionals of Ottawa and the surrounding area.

Information and Referral
Certified Information and Referrals Specialists provide information to individuals and professionals looking for social, health, community or governmental services either for themselves or others. Information is provided through the 613-241-INFO line, fax, and email or in person. This service is available seven days a week, Monday to Friday, from 7:00am to 9:00pm and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am to 6:00pm.

Database Products:
e-Blue Book: on-line Directory of Ottawa Community Services available through the website at Directories.

A Directory of Francophone Services is now available on-line through the website at Directories.

Custom Database Leases: Custom portals or views of the database to meet the needs of an organization. For more information click on Custom Databases.

Labels: for the 700 organizations and programs listed in the Directory of Ottawa Community Services, for the 1,500 records listed in the database or customized labels for specific queries. For more information click on Labels.

E-Mail Broadcasting Services: You can reach over 3,500 individuals from the non-profit sector by using our Email Broadcasting Service. Contact us for further information.

The Community Information Bulletin
The bulletin is distributed in two formats, an Email Broadcasting Service and an electronic Bulletin Board. Click here for more information.
