  • Our electronic database, which uses the CIOC software, is fully bilingual and contains over 2,100 records on social, health, community and government services located in or serving Ottawa.
  • Updating is done by our organization. CICO is mandated to maintain the database, which ensures the accuracy and timeliness of the information.
  • Our database meets provincial and international standards, and is administered by certified staff. Its reliability and relevance make it a highly valued community tool.
  • Our database can also be leased in various formats.
