The Community Information Bulletin is distributed by the Community Information Centre of Ottawa in two formats, an e-Mail Broadcasting Service and an electronic Bulletin Board. The e-Mail Broadcasting Service reaches over 2,750 individuals working in the non-profit sector in the City of Ottawa and a small number of for-profit organizations that offer free or specialized services.   • This service is free, until further notice, for non-profit agencies serving the City of Ottawa, if the service offered is free, subsidized, for a minimal fee or if the posting is of a general nature. Fees may apply to other postings.

We will require:

  • A contact name, title, organization name, telephone number, email address.

  • The posting is to be submitted in a PDF or Microsoft Word format. Postings must be formatted in such a way as to be easily readable. Formatting is not provided.

  • The posting must be sent as an attachment and not in the body of the email.

  • Information received up to Monday will be distributed and posted on Wednesday.

  • Postings are distributed and posted in the language received. Translation is not provided.

  • We encourage bilingual postings.

  • Postings will be placed in archives after 30 days or when no longer applicable.
