As a non-profit, charitable organization, we rely on our funders to support our two main services: the Directory of Ottawa Community Services and the INFO-line. Each year, we must demonstrate that our services are essential to the community in order to maintain our funding. As you know, demonstrating this is not always an easy task; we can count telephone calls and books sold, but we cannot count how many people are helped by professionals, schools, organizations and individuals using the Directory. This is why we are asking for your feedback to help us get a better idea of how you use the Directory.
